Earlier this year Toyota Kenya and National Bank of Kenya announced a partnership that will enable customers buy trucks and buses. The partnership was launched in late 2019 and unveiled early this year in January 2020.

National Bank and Toyota Kenya are offering 100% financing on new HINO trucks. “Walk into any National Bank branch and you walk out with a HINO truck or bus without paying a single cent.” Said Toyota Kenya MD Mr. Arvinder Singh.

The deal also includes insurance for the products bought, and if need be a starting capital of at least KES 300,000 and the bank also offers unsecured lending of up to KES  3 Million. The financing partnership product also strictly follows the Sharia Laws with supervision from the Sharia Board, so Muslim clients can enjoy the same.
